Construction of a PV hybrid power plant

An-Najah National University invites the specialized companies who wants to  participate in the tender which mentioned in the table:

According to the following conditions:

1- The tender must be received with a cash issuance or certified check or bank guarantee equivalent to (2000 $).

2- the business license and profile of the company should be attached with the offer price.

3- The project with Zero Vat.

4- The price of the tender copy is non-refundable.

5- The copy of Tender Document available on procurement department  and for Financial department / Treasurer Office No. 180.

The tender invites all the companies which offer and guarantee implementing the PV hybrid power plant.

The call for tender was at 11th of march,2015, and it published as open tender on the website of An-najah National University ( Arb , Eng ), and locally in Alquds newspaper here.

A site visiting have been organized on 15th of march,2015,  by Energy research center and the potential bidders to the project site to assess the site of work and its surrounding and considering the requirements to prepare their tender.

The deadline of submission of tender has been extended until 12th of April,2015 as requested of bidders. so the opening session was held on 13th of april,2015.
